Hospital Management System

The Hospital Management System mobile application is a conceptual tool that helps healthcare providers streamline their administrative and clinical processes. It allows medical staff to manage patient appointments, access medical records, schedule tests and procedures, and order prescriptions using a mobile device. The system provides real-time updates, enabling healthcare providers to make timely and informed decisions about patient care. Additionally, the application reduces paperwork, increases operational efficiency, and improves the overall quality of care.

We conducted a study of clinical staff and doctors' day-to-day operations in hospitals and encountered problems related to inefficient appointment scheduling and management systems, communication channels between doctors, nurses, and patients, and significant delays in providing ambulances promptly, leading to patients not reaching hospitals on time in emergency cases.

Through an iterative design process involving wireframes and prototypes, we tested the app within our team. The Doctor's dashboard screen is a digital platform that displays important information such as patient data, laboratory results, prescription history, and other medical records, enabling doctors to diagnose and treat patients more efficiently. The dashboard also allows doctors to set availability and receive alerts and notifications related to patient care.

The Ambulance tracking feature provides real-time updates on ambulance timing and the patient's condition while in transit.

Our team's feedback on the application has been incredibly positive, and we will continue to test and iterate the designs to improve the user experience.
