Office of the City Clerk - Website Replatform

In 2015, the Office of the City Clerk (OCC) engaged Clarity to host, support, and adaptively maintain their website to meet current and evolving business needs unique to the entity. Clarity's continuing support ensures maintained storage space for large documents and images that support the site, tracking and reporting, data changes, and ad hoc training as requested as well as proactive security updates. The OCC website continues to be hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Clarity Partners has recently re-platformed the site on Drupal 9. This process included streamlining the site's content structure, improving the content maintenance capabilities, and alleviating pain points identified by the OCC team regarding content administration. Upon launching the new site, Clarity provided training as well as a written guide to the OCC staff for all updated administrative capabilities within Drupal 9.
