Multipolls, Bohemian Research’s reward-for-surveys app, set an ambitious brief: double revenue without sacrificing profitability. At project kick-off the growth stack was fragile, Google Ads was the sole acquisition channel, tracking was fragmented, and the app was virtually invisible for high-intent keywords outside Brazil.
REPLUG deployed a three-pillar “Measure → Rank → Scale” playbook:
1. Measure: In just five weeks, we implemented Singular as the Mobile Measurement Partner, defined a cross-device event taxonomy and built real-time ROAS dashboards with Slack anomaly alerts. This “single source of truth” replaced spreadsheets and cut reporting time by six hours per week.
2. Rank: Armed with clean data, we rebuilt ASO from the ground up: installing install-led keyword prioritisation, full metadata localisation and A/B-tested icons, screenshots, and feature graphics. Visibility leapt +93% on iOS US, +41% on Android US, and +216% on iOS Brazil—creating a steady, low-cost stream of organic installs.
3. Scale: Insights from pillars 1 & 2 powered a diversified UA strategy. We expanded beyond Google into TikTok, Moloco, Meta, Jampp and Xiaomi, pairing each channel with cohort-based bid rules and UGC-driven creatives. Within three months, the team lifted spend by 191% while delivering 272% Day-28 ROAS and driving +74% revenue growth.
Why it matters: the project proves that disciplined measurement, data-led discoverability and performance creativity are mutually reinforcing. By unifying tracking first, then letting insights steer ASO and UA, Multipolls unlocked sustainable global growth—scaling to 33 countries, running 100+ live campaigns and maintaining profitability every step of the way. The holistic framework is now the blueprint for Bohemian Research’s future product launches and a reference model for growth in privacy-constrained mobile markets.
