Holiday Gift Exchange was born amidst the tumult of the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when traditional business relationships faced unprecedented challenges. As the pandemic created a void for businesses large and small, rendering them unable to reward customers in person or host holiday gatherings, our Fortune 100/500 clients sought innovative solutions to bridge this gap. In response, MRN pioneered a first-of-its-kind virtual program: the Holiday Gift Exchange.

In its inception, we aimed to recreate the same excitement and camaraderie of a traditional white elephant game in a modern, virtual setting. Through a meticulously crafted interactive platform, we offered a custom user experience that was not only fully brandable but also deeply immersive. Users could engage in complex logic, steal gifts, and ultimately claim their chosen prize—all while fostering genuine brand affinity between vendors and customers.

What began as a response to pandemic limitations has blossomed into something far greater. In the 2023-2024 holiday season, the Holiday Gift Exchange program was executed over 200 times, with over 4,500 custom branded kits eagerly dispatched to customers nationwide. It's a testament to the enduring appeal and effectiveness of our virtual platform, proving that even in a post-pandemic world, the demand for unique and engaging experiences remains stronger than ever.
