Collective Voice is a full-service Creator Marketing platform. We provide one comprehensive, transparent solution that empowers over 2,000 brands to manage influencer affiliate and sponsored content activations in one place, giving them access to our network of almost 30,000 creators who create affiliate shoppable content across a diverse range of categories.
From 2022-2023, Wayfair engaged Collective Voice as a trusted partner to unlock the full power of Creator Marketing. Together, we launched an extremely comprehensive Creator campaign to promote their bi-annual Way Day sales through high-quality, shareable content. With discounts up to 80% off across categories of outdoor and indoor furniture, home decor, and kitchen appliances, these sales are some of the brand’s biggest tentpole moments.
While Creator marketing is not new to a marketer’s playbook, efforts are often disjointed. Collective Voice’s goal was to break through the silos to launch a truly integrated, cohesive, and transparent campaign to achieve Wayfair’s goals. The campaign leveraged a dynamic group of Creators using a full funnel approach, and implemented Collective Voice’s technology and capabilities to execute the campaign from ideation to optimization.
The successful campaign drove sales and traffic for Wayfair by activating home and lifestyle Creators to produce a series of social posts promoting Way Day. Collective Voice applied a multi-pronged casting strategy to meet both the brand’s sales and brand awareness goals. We engaged 60 diverse Creators who, over the course of the campaign, produced 380 social media posts that resulted in 5.3M impressions, 146.7K engagements, and a huge bump in sales for Wayfair. Additionally, we continuously measured the impact and success of the campaign to optimize and improve performance.
