Justin Sousa reached out to us to film a video that included interviews of his team and some footage of their facility. When we interviewed the associates from Sousa Signs we did not let any of the interviewees know ahead of time the questions we would be asking so we could capture authentic and organic responses. You can clearly see the culture at Sousa Signs is strong as many of the associates answered the questions almost identically.
