Our client, Canada Diagnostic Centres (CDC), was looking to increase booked appointments for their ultrasound services and increase brand awareness for the CDC brand. CDC wanted its brand to be a household name for doctors and patients looking for medical and diagnostic imaging services in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta.
Our team of PPC specialists began by searching for the most lucrative opportunities to reach users looking for ultrasound services in Calgary and Edmonton. We then worked to produce informative but compelling ad copy that would attract prospective patients. Our team ensured alignment between the keywords, ad copy, and landing page to provide a seamless user experience from the moment users saw the ads through to the appointment booking process and followed proven best practices throughout the campaign build. Once the campaign was launched, our PPC specialists analyzed and optimized the campaign on a weekly basis to increase booked appointments, decrease costs, and increase the result rate of the campaign for booked appointments.
The 8-month-long campaign resulted in 115 booked appointments with a result rate of 4.14% and a cost per result of only $6.92.
