- Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers: Buyers can easily communicate with sellers, free of charge, so that they can get their questions answered, schedule a visit, and even discuss a buying offer’s details. Buyers and sellers can communicate via text, phone call or email.

- Saving searches and adding properties to the favorites list: Users can now save the results of a specific search or add properties to their favorite list. Users can also receive real-time alerts and notifications when prices drop, when an open house is scheduled, or when a new property matching the criteria of a saved search is listed.
