In September 2021, Proofpoint launched The Threat Hub, a digital digest of the latest trends, data, research, and insights. Because most threats come into organizations unknowingly through their teams, the Hub is told through the company's unique people-centric lens.
Because cybercriminals never rest, neither do we. The content is updated weekly, featuring a newsletter-style threat briefing that brings a serious "hard news" style to the content, matching the gravity of the threats. We also launched a newscast-style podcast called "The Five-Minute Forecast." The show highlights in-house research and commentary and links to outside news articles featuring the company's threat researchers.
Our "Chart of the Week" gives IT and C-Suite executives a visual snapshot of trending data. The design is informative and timely, and we've balanced the need for a more fun-to-read summary of everything readers need to know. We realized that not every executive has the time and attention to dive into the details of security threats. This additional format engages decision-makers and helps them stay ahead of cyber attackers.
The Threat Hub resonated with our audience. They appreciated the one-stop news source that kept them informed and on top of threats and made it easier for them to succeed and protect their companies from emerging threats.
