Being aware of consumers' needs, demands, complaints, and opinions is significant for decision-making bodies to gain actionable intelligence. Free and unfiltered expression from the internet can be a prime source of strategy building, however, they're largely ignored except for peak corporations. We found that actionable intelligence is extremely expensive with the necessary for custom annotations, analysis, visualization, and interpretation, so all we did was use AI to make it cheaper, faster, and better. We built a tool that can extract public data across any page or account or channel through comments, posts, tweets, etc. of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Play Store, Appstore, etc. The algorithm then annotates the comments (over 10,000 comments in 1 second) based on topic, sub-topic, consumer emotion, keywords, buzzwords, etc. It further analyzes and visualizes interactive graphs that even minimally literate consumers can interpret. We are making the process at 1/18 of the cost and 4X faster. Besides, anyone can access all public data without invading privacy while getting an infinite source of intelligence. This ultimately revives consumer significance and allows companies, ministries, and other decision-making bodies to read and segment millions of comments in minutes. Since 2019, Consumerbuzz had some rather revolutionary updates besides increased sources, higher accuracy, and expansion in 14 other industries. They include the comparison tool that allows comparing any number of existing pages' consumers' sentiments and topics.
