This revolutionary tool was created from the combination of virtual reality with Givaudan’s Virtual Aroma Synthesizer® (VAS) technology. Givaudan VAS™ is a proprietary aroma device, designed for flavour creation, that combines multiple scents into a single olfactive profile. The combination of VAS™ and virtual reality technologies allows participants to take a tour of the groves, understand the citrus landscape, but also sample many different flavours.
