Welcome to the REDESIGNED and REBRANDED Statefarm.com! Our modernized site showcases innovative design features that provide personalized products and services when, where and how our customers choose.
This year, we’ve updated our brand look and feel to better distinguish who we are as a company. We refreshed the site content and designed a more contemporary, user-friendly experience for approximately 175M customers who visit annually. We focused on representing consistency across all our customer touch points. We took our time to get it right, and after 12+ months of research, collaboration and consumer/practioner testing, we infused the highest performing brand assets into the new design. We also thoroughly vetted best-practice standards like accessibility, while differentiating ourselves among competitors by evolving from blue hyperlinks to red. At State Farm our focus is always the customer, and with our new redesign we have created a simplified user experience while continuing to build our memorable brand.
While our site has a new look and feel, we continue to offer a broad suite of product information and features to help customers increase their knowledge and make informed decisions. Customers benefit from responsive and intuitive features including single sign-on options, streamlined quoting and bundling features, and tailored payment options offering convenience on the go. And, when things don’t go as planned, customers can get immediate help with roadside assistance, and file claims fast and stress-free. Guidance is provided throughout the process with our milestone tracker and real-time updates are available from start to finish. And, additional support is always just a chat, e-mail or phone call away.
