BTRi Main Site & Membership Revamp

The Building Technology Research Institute (BTRi) stands at the forefront of construction sector innovation, driving the standards for safety and sustainability. To elevate its digital presence, the institution required a complex platform capable of two distinct tasks: inspiring public engagement while flawlessly managing a massive, technical member network.

Our solution was a masterclass in strategic digital architecture. Instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all interface, we built a unified ecosystem with a dual-personality UI. Visitors are welcomed by a modern, authoritative corporate identity designed for public trust, while members step into a frictionless, end-to-end automated portal that entirely streamlines onboarding, applications, and operations. By unifying these two worlds under one powerful system logic, the new BTRi platform sets a new digital benchmark for institutional excellence.
