As part of the Saudi National Day celebrations, we launched an immersive VR experience designed to highlight the vital role of oil in our everyday lives. The campaign aimed to shift public perception by demonstrating that petroleum is not only a source of energy, but an essential component present in countless aspects of modern living. We developed an interactive booth located in a shopping mall, where visitors were invited to experience a fully immersive virtual reality journey. Through this experience, participants explored how oil is integrated into the details of daily life — from everyday products to critical infrastructure. To enhance engagement and authenticity, participants were encouraged to share their immediate reactions and reflections after the experience. These real and unscripted testimonials became a key storytelling element, capturing genuine audience impact and emotional connection. The campaign successfully combined technology, education, and national pride, creating a memorable and meaningful experience that reinforced the importance of oil in modern life while celebrating the spirit of Saudi National Day.
