We developed the Nothing Bundt Cakes Original Loyalty Member Relaunch to reintroduce the brand’s most loyal fans to the newly refreshed Bundtastic Rewards™ program. The audience was longtime members of the original loyalty program who needed a clear, engaging explanation of the updated program name, perks, and immediate value.
The challenge was to announce the launch in a single email that built excitement, spotlighted benefits, and encouraged meaningful engagement — all while staying true to the brand’s joyful tone. Our solution was a personalized, celebratory email that used dynamic details and bonus points to make members feel valued and eager to explore the refreshed program. Visually, the design featured crave-worthy photography, a cheerful color palette, and a clean layout that made the information easy to understand and act on.
The result was solid engagement and enhanced brand connection: the launch email successfully reintroduced loyal guests to Bundtastic RewardsTM and helped capture higher-quality first-party data, laying the groundwork for more personalized experiences and deeper guest relationships.
