Network Pass was a key component supporting T-Mobile's position as the fastest growing postpaid wireless carrier in the US. The free 90-day trial of the network, specifically for prospective customers, extended brand recognition, encouraged trials, and provided a no-pressure vehicle to experience the power of the network before making the switch.
Tasked with keeping Network Pass participants captive throughout the 3-month program, we took storytelling seriously and strategically.
