AMH is reshaping the single-family rental home industry with an innovative residential experience. Through its website, users can shop for homes, apply, sign leases, and manage their entire rental experience.
The goal of the “Welcome home, welcome to AMH” video was to increase brand awareness in a competitive market by highlighting AMH’s seamless online platform. The campaign successfully positioned AMH as a leader in rental home market, engaging viewers and driving them toward a better rental experience.
Launched on YouTube, the campaign achieved 3.9M views, exceeding expectations. Brand awareness grew by 63%, and branded search volume increased by 64%.
The in-house team’s collaboration was key to the campaign’s success. From analyzing brand research and customer surveys to providing creative direction of script, storyboard, video shoot production, and post-production, the team led the process from concept to execution. They also devised a comprehensive media plan deploying campaign messaging on YouTube, Google, Meta and owned media.
