Metro Credit Union, a longstanding client of LKCS, was seeking a website refresh that would provide an exceptional online experience. We accomplished this by creating a modern design with a responsive layout, encouraging interaction with digital features, and presenting member education options.
We wanted to utilize the whimsical “smiley-face” icon from the logo without going overboard, so we incorporated it into the horizontal lines used in the headlines and separators. Our focus, however, remains on the user experience, so we simplified the navigation structure to ensure that users can access key benefits such as accounts, loans, services, and resources with just a few clicks.
In an era where mobile usage surpasses desktop, adopting a mobile-first approach was key. The redesigned website is fully responsive, ensuring that users enjoy a seamless experience whether they’re on a smartphone, tablet, or desktop.
To empower users, we’ve highlighted “Top of the Line Digital Banking Services” such as ITMs, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking. These resources allow the user to manage their finances more conveniently. We also created a blog section featuring the latest 3 articles with a button that links to additional posts that are categorized by: Frauds & Scams, Products & Services, Financial Literacy, and Metro CU News.
