Ivanti unveiled the 2024 Everywhere Work report to delve into the evolving expectations of the workforce and to ensure alignment between its leadership and employees. This report serves as a valuable resource for understanding the trends in the modern workforce, the IT and security infrastructure required to support these trends, and the challenges that companies must overcome to achieve the vision of Everywhere Work.
The insights in the report were derived from a survey conducted in January 2024, which included over 7,700 executive leaders, IT and cybersecurity professionals and office workers. The survey focused on exploring the deep challenges and opportunities that arise when employees are given the freedom to work without constraints on location and time.
The launch of the report took place at Ivanti's ISS partner event, with key insights shared by Ivanti's CEO, Jeff Abbott, and expert speaker Samantha Radocchia. These insights were further discussed in an Executive Summary podcast featuring the same speakers.
To maximize the reach and impact of their findings, Ivanti engaged influencers and activated its Employee Brand Ambassador program. This encouraged employees to share Ivanti content on their personal social networks, significantly amplifying the message and fostering deeper employee engagement in the dissemination process. This initiative led to the distribution of five posts in various languages, achieving 207 shares, 446 engagements and 209 clicks, indicating strong interaction and interest from the employee community and their networks. Through corporate channels, Ivanti published 16 posts, garnering 9,025 impressions, 267 engagements, a 3% engagement rate and 105 clicks. The influencer activation strategy also proved effective, achieving 6,967 impressions and 91 engagements.
Furthermore, the report's impact was amplified through its publication in 53 outlets, including renowned publications such as Help Net Security, Tech Radar Pro, UNLEASH and HR Review. This extensive coverage resulted in a total audience reach of 953.7 million complemented by an additional 600,000 through social media platforms, making it a highly influential resource in shaping the future of work.
