Building upon our strong partnership, Saks Fifth Avenue and Collective Voice have successfully collaborated on a year-long, always-on campaign, aimed at reshaping the digital landscape of luxury by positioning Saks Fifth Avenue as the ultimate luxury shopping destination.

Saks Fifth Avenue entrusted Collective Voice as a guiding agency partner to launch a comprehensive marketing campaign that seamlessly translated their sophisticated in-store experience into captivating, shareable content for online audiences. We also identified clear objectives to drive sales and traffic for Saks which we wove into our strategic campaign planning. Through our 360° Creator Marketing services and tools, we meticulously curated a campaign of 22 diverse Creators chosen for their ability to produce content that resonates with audiences across multiple platforms.

Our campaign unfolded across three distinct Creator tracks, spotlighting sale price items, prioritizing product launches, and amplifying brand visibility. Casted Creators included top performing talent that have proven to drive performance for Saks through their unique storytelling. By leveraging our vast network of Creators and proprietary data, we strategically introduced a rotating roster of fresh faces to continually expand Saks' reach and resonate with diverse audiences, successfully driving sales and traffic for Saks. Our partnership with Saks is built on trust and strengthened by our ability to take an innovative approach to meet campaign goals, shown in this campaign as we introduced the first TikTok Creator for Saks to successfully target new audiences.

This curated group of Creators seamlessly conveyed Saks' brand essence through 2.4K pieces of top-tier content, yielding staggering results that met and exceeded the brand’s objectives: 29 million impressions, over 1.5 million engagements, and an expansive reach of over 18 million. They skillfully inspired their audiences to revitalize their wardrobes seasonally, showcasing the diverse array of products and brands available at Saks and solidifying its status as the ultimate luxury shopping destination. The success of this campaign was driven by strategic and meticulous execution, a blend of technological innovation, and the harmonious collaboration between Saks and Collective Voice.
