The BNP Paribas Open –the largest combined ATP Tour Masters 1000 and WTA 1000 tennis event in the world– has launched new and enhanced digital products ahead of its 2024 event. The brand-new mobile app was redesigned to be more personalized and engaging, and help fans experience the action of Indian Wells like never before.
The re-imagined digital experiences serve as the epicenter for tournament information, offering users features including player information and statistics, on-site amenities and activities, and daily schedules, scores and results.
The brand-new Official BNP Paribas Open mobile app offers an enhanced user experience to complement the tournament website – built to be a companion for every type of fan, whether on-site at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden or following from afar.
The mobile app serves as the hub for all event and venue information, including:
Live ball-by-ball coverage to help fans stay up-to-date on all the competition in Indian Wells
Robust personalization options, so fans can track their favorite players throughout the events with targeted news and alerts
Digital ticket and parking pass access
Real-time notifications for activities happening around the grounds at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, from dining options to daily practice schedules
“Our new digital platforms are designed to allow tennis fans to engage in a more personalized, targeted way than ever before,” said Philippe Dore, Chief Marketing Officer of the BNP Paribas Open. “Work & Co was a highly collaborative partner and critical to our efforts to ideate and rapidly bring to life a robust and holistic digital experience. We are excited to debut these enhanced products just in time for the 2024 event.”
