We designed a survey document and campaign around the future of reusable packaging in quick service restaurants and beyond, focusing on four main areas:
1. Intent vs action – the say–do gap.
2. Desirability and value – making it ‘must-have‘.
3. Carrot vs stick – what will motivate change?
4. Changing attitudes – challenging the status quo.
Using AI-generated imagery, we aimed to create a provocative set of plausible, near-future products, packages and scenarios that would support key statistical findings and prompt engagement.
