The decision was made to leverage a series of short instructional videos that cover topics like the most frequently asked questions about Medicare enrollment and other key questions to ask before enrolling or switching individual Medicare plans. AARP used refined data modeling to develop a target audience based on self-selected preferences, recent engagers of Medicare content and other Medicare eligible subscribers. This email campaign was set up to send the target audience to a single communication about these highly consumable resources during the annual enrollment period.
