Napa Humane's mission is education and preparedness leading to adequate care of our community animals. Most animals end up at the County Animal Shelter because of lack of training, lack of understanding of needs, or health issues due to poor care or hygiene. So the programs of Napa Humane are aimed at preventing abandonment of animals before a problem develops.
