Angel in Flip Flops Music Video

Steve Martin wrote and recorded an original song “Angel in Flip Flops” for Hulu’s hit series Only Murders in the Building and Alkemy X was tasked with creating an era-appropriate music video to accompany it. We paired up with Animation Director Rob Shaw to use a Monty Pythonesque cutup technique and 188 stock photo assets to create the music video all within a six-week timeframe. It was included in the Extras tab on Hulu, as well as shared on both Hulu and Only Murders in the Building’s various social media pages.
