AARP Driver Safety deployed an email in December 2021 aimed at driving sign ups for it's Smart Driver Online Course. The creative was targeted at past email engagers as well as a modeled audience and creative highlighted the benefits of taking the Smart Driver Online Course. To further increase engagement, the email creative was dynamically populated based on an audience member's state to call out specific insurance savings and if the person was a past course participant. As further incentive, the audience was also offered a discount off the course for one day only.
