GALLERIA ON THE PARK

Galleria on the Park is a new community by ELAD Canada that fuses urban living and massive green areas.

We created a Sales Centre TOUCHSCREEN 3D REAL-TIME APP that contains a highly detailed model of the project and its context.

Users can navigate the development from an aerial view, fly around to different areas of the community and select their favourite hour from dawn to dusk. In addition, users can go on an immersive 360 tour

which will show the quality of public spaces.

The app also provides buyers with an easy way to browse floor plans using filters to locate their unit in situ while showing real-time availability and pricing. All this connected to a central database controlled online.

In addition we created all exterior and interior renderings for the project. A walk-through video of one of the suites.

And a marketing video of the entire master-planned community, leveraged from the content produced for the touchscreen app.
