The Challenge: Create a non-denominational, corporate holiday card to send out to clients that reflects the sophisticated, thoughtful Greystone brand, during a pandemic which has affected people in many different ways. Greystone, a company whose tagline is, "where people matter," cares about their clients and all of the challenges they have been through this year. For some it has meant losing loved ones, for others it has meant spending more time with their family at home. Our challenge was sending out a message which could touch everyone no matter their circumstances. We wanted to project a positive message to lift peoples’ spirits and highlight the “silver linings” of the past year and the year to come.
Greystone 2020 Digital Holiday Card: Taking on 2020 directly we opened our card with “What can we say about 2020?” and continued with a visually clean, simple, positive message that highlighted the silver linings people potentially experienced during the year. The execution focused the viewer on a single line drawing throughout the entire animation to symbolize connectivity despite physical separation during this year.
