Entegrus Website Redesign and Development

Entegrus operates and maintains electricity distribution systems for over 58,000 customers in Southwestern Ontario. Upanup redesigned and developed their new user-focused website. Entegrus’ website had a successful launch in November 2020. The new clean and modern website is user-focused and easy to navigate with quick links and latest news articles featured on the homepage. We custom integrated their outage map system that is user friendly and will provide customers with updates. Providing current updates to customers is extremely important for organizations in the energy sector, and using customer feedback to quickly identify these issues is often most efficient. We designed the website to encourage Entegrus’ customers to engage online through multiple feedback options and webforms such as linked icons throughout the site to report power outages and streetlights that are out, contact customer service and use a variety of self service websforms. The new site has improved functionality, layout and navigation and had a smooth transition for their customers.
