McGrane Plastering & Rendering Complete Redesign

McGrane Plastering & Rendering are a local company that provide rendering and plastering services to commercial and domestic properties throughout the West Midlands and Warwickshire, UK. They had an existing website but it was outdated and not representative of how they now saw themselves so they came to Norfolk Agency to revamp to website and provide a platform to showcase their professional and high quality services.

In keeping with their brand guidelines, we created a completely new look and feel that really brought their website design forward with a 2021 style. However a good design is only part of the project as the purpose of this website is to generate new leads for the customer so the customer journey has been carefully considered.

The homepage now has a contact form front and centre with a carefully considered text to showcase how established the company are. As a customer scrolls down the page they'll see a section that lists all of the key services that are offered, all of which have their own landing pages. One of the biggest changes was the Google reviews and Facebook reviews widget implementation that was installed to add additional social proof to the website.

The results speak for themselves... the website was launched on the 4th February and despite the current situation and the lockdown restrictions, February 2021 has been the strongest month to date for both traffic AND conversions. It's great to deliver a website that aesthetically the customer is really pleased with, but it's even better to have that website outperform any figures they have had to date!
