AARP Family Caregiving understands that each caregiving experience is personal and unique. No two caregiving journeys follow the same path, and no two caregivers have the same needs. On top of highly individualized journeys, due to the pandemic, many more adults were stepping into the role of full-time caregiver for loved ones. At this critical time, AARP promoted the "Get Help Tool," a tool enabling caregivers to answer three simple questions and receive curated recommendations for content based on their unique situation and needs. The marketing campaign for the tool appealed to a broad caregiver audience, including first-time caregivers, parental caregivers, and spousal caregivers, informing them about the curated or personalized answers they could receive to help them address their individual needs.
