The Inside Man series, Seasons 1, 2 and 3 has been specifically developed to harness authentic hacking and social engineering scenarios with edge of the seat, emotionally engaging drama. Each Season is made up of 12 x 5-6 minute continuous episodes that build into an edge of the seat storyline, featuring a lonely hacker - Mark - who is tasked by a sinister controller with taking down a company. Mark soon finds himself on the ‘inside’ unexpectedly forming relationships with colleagues. and finding his loyalties challenged.
Season by season and episode by episode the producers of 'The Inside Man' morph, evolve and adapt the plot-line to demonstrate multiple, real-world security threats in a human setting, taking on social engineering, social media, phishing, physical access, passwords, virtual assistants, mobile apps and deep fakes.
This awards submission comprises a suite of items from the highly anticipated Season 3, which has just launched. In this Season Mark and his friends finds themselves on the 'outside', setting up a security consultancy 'Shepherd Security' and being tasked with hacking a mobile banking app using ninja-level deep fake and social engineering strategies.
There is a 'teaser trailer' which is now available on the KnowBe4 website and on YouTube. There is a sample episode - Episode 10 which shows the storyline at it most tense and exciting. The Inside Man has its own 'fansite' where all the Seasons are previewed, together with exclusive 'behind the scenes' films, character profiles and 'Inside the inside man' series for each season.
