In this design user flow was key. We crafted a design that allowed the user to get to where they needed through simply laid out options. Knowing that the majority of our visitors are in crisis with low thresholds for confusing content or functionalities, we designed a flow to get them where they needed to be, fast. From there the flow caters to secondary audiences like industry professionals, donors and alumni.
