This project studies the application and portrait of cyberpunk in web design and applies this art style practically. Through reviewing concepts related to cyberpunk, and exploring the world view and spirt core of Cyberpunk, such as Large Multinational Corporations and Oligopoly, The Gap between the Rich and the Poor, Genetic Engineering and Human Transformation, this project try to present a cyberpunk style web design and help the users to reconsider the relationship between technology and life. What’s more, by adopting flat design and exploring the interactive function of 3D models on the web page, it challenges users’ stereotype of existing commercial websites and provides a new direction for future online stores.

The final presentation of the project is a futuristic website for a biotechnology company which provides human strengthening service such as DNA optimization, brain optimization, and organs, limbs and bodies replacement. It dedicates to helping people get rid of their fragile flesh and achieve the transformation to the supernatural.

When we look forward to the future of human society, we often imagine a magnificent picture. But in another possibility, our future will be dominated by technology. Cyberpunk not only reflects the highly developed future society, but also reflects the dark side of the development of science and technology: whether people will indulge in their own technology. In such a world, ordinary people struggle to survive, but they still have to be trapped in the doldrums of technical oligarchs, authoritarian governments, and consumerism. This project uses cyberpunk style to make webpages, explores the relationship between technology and humanity, and reflects the thinking of human destiny.
