About The Entry

We wanted to remove traditional travel clichés and discover the rhythm and ownable

identity of Seattle Southside.

By placing the viewer in the driver’s seat we explored a variety of activities, the

people, hotels, cafes, light rail access and proximity to Seattle to build a film that

feels like a truly unique travel experience.

How did we do this? Capture the authenticity of a location in a way that stands out and

delivers on an energy and a “I want to be there” feeling.

The work is about connections that can seamlessly move between the people and

experiences of a place that feels innovative and vibrant hitting on that link between

downtown Seattle and Seattle Southside.

Beautiful transitions, sound design, and pacing in the final film breaks through traditional travel videos.
