Miranda is mobile app campaign that "aims to provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels", as outlined by Goal #16 of the Global Sustainable Development Goals
Miranda fulfills this by responding to popular police phrases with automatic audio recording, using the concept of "wake words" popularized by Siri, Alexa, etc. This builds accountability in interactions between law enforcement and vulnerable youth in urban societies.
Additionally, Miranda acts as a voice-activated legal database so these same communities who usually can’t afford legal aid, are given equal access to legal literacy.
