Throughout history, herring has been a stable part of the Danish diet. But today consumption is declining - especially among the younger population. And eating herring has gone from being an everyday occurrence to something mostly associated with celebrating Christmas and Easter.
A joint association of fishermen, producers and product organizations set out to change this...
Our brief was to convey the benefits of eating herring - both in terms of health, sustainability and climate consideration.
