We intended to increase customer satisfaction and improve customer experience. So, we decided to create a mobile app to allow our customers to manage their personal retirement and life insurance easily through a single platform. We aimed to create an app that is easy to use, functional and liked by customers and to improve customer experience. Therefore, we conducted detailed customer and user research during the strategy process. We designed the app with both our customers and sales teams using Design Thinking methodology. We provided a practical and easy-to-use interface by combining the personal retirement and life insurance processes. The contribution of the revenues from AvivaSA Mobile’s insurance products to total yearly revenues was 4,000,881 Turkish lira. The app has an average rating of 4.3 in the app stores. The number of active users of AvivaSA Mobile was 133,000 in the last month. The total number of downloads of the app reached 340,000 in less than a year.
