In the highly competitive aesthetics and hair restoration market in Los Angeles, Barber Surgeons Guild needed an edge in getting in front of target consumers in their time of need. TENSHI's combination of human optimization and machine-learning algorithmic systems for search engine marketing (SEM) produced a 1,200% return on ad spend (ROAS). Using segmentation based on demographic, behavioral and multiple other variables, and thousands of points of empirical data, TENSHI was able to achieve an 85% reduction in cost per click and a 60% reduction in cost per lead, producing a 12x ROAS. A combination of text and display campaigns were used to target searchers looking for hair restoration services and products, and those browsing relevant web pages across search and display networks.
