Sizzling Platter is the Little Caesars franchise owner in Utah. They wanted to make a TV spot to show off a new way to order Pizza. The spot was built for $1,800 which includes the voice talent fee. It was so well received that Little Caesars National decided to air the spot nationally. Even with the national talent buyout the spot still cost under three grand to make.
