DHL.com must support the needs of multiple independent Business Units within DHL, each offering distinct services across different markets. With the new DHL.com website we managed to unify these offerings into a single, intuitive experience, making it easy for users to find relevant information, quickly navigate the site content, and connect with the right DHL service. The consistent designs put simplicity to the fore, improving the clarity of the content and streamlining the site to include just the information applicable to the user’s country. The site is available in 251 local versions and 44 languages, including the addition of “right-to-left” languages such as Arabic and Hebrew.
