HemoSonics, a leader in hemostasis diagnostics, lacked a consistent LinkedIn strategy. Their posts were infrequent, focused mainly on events, and saw low engagement. They wanted LinkedIn to become a strategic platform to connect with healthcare professionals and raise brand awareness.

The Approach

D2 Creative, as HemoSonics’ Agency of Record, launched an overhaul of their LinkedIn strategy to:

Drive awareness among trauma surgeons, cardiovascular surgeons, lab directors, and other top audience segments.

We introduced Content Pillars to ensure a rotation of topics and content types, from educational posts to thought leadership. Tools like Agorapulse and AgencyAnalytics helped us monitor organic performance, revealing which content performed best and when users were most active. For paid content, we closely analyzed LinkedIn Ads data, refining audience targeting by excluding irrelevant job titles and organizations to focus on priority audiences.
