The video immerses viewers in the experience of living in an AMH community, emphasizing key features such as the ability to shop for and tour homes without an agent, access to reliable maintenance support, spacious pet-friendly homes for entertaining guests and furry friends, and community amenities like pools and fitness centers.
The project was led by AMH’s in-house marketing and creative agency, which brought the concept to life through exceptional collaboration and creativity. The team defined audience personas, developed the concept, led creative direction for the video shoot production and post production, and executed the media plan.
The campaign achieved positive brand lift, reinforcing AMH’s position as a leader in the evolving BTR industry while resonating with prospective residents seeking convenience, community, and modern living.
