Granite spearheaded the development of Workvivo's next-generation website, emphasising a seamless user experience and advanced security layers. Our solution centred on a lead generation platform, prioritising conversion metrics while integrating with MarTech systems. Key pillars included Performance, Security, User Experience, Sustainability, and Maintainability.
Granite navigated challenges such as rendering high-end UI, architecting a composable, headless solution, and integrating multiple third-party technologies seamlessly. Robust security across frontend and backend elements was paramount, as was coordinating efficient deployment workflows across environments.
Granite adopted a composable, headless methodology, leveraging Strapi CMS, Next.js frontend, AWS hosting, Cloudinary DAM, Cloudflare ZeroTrust for security, and Bitbucket + CodeDeploy for version control and deployment. The solution adhered to JamStack design principles, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security. The chosen technologies significantly enhanced project performance, user experience, and scalability. The headless architecture facilitated lightning-fast page loads, achieving up to 250,000 requests per second post-launch. Sustainability was prioritised through serverless architecture, minimising resource usage and maximising efficiency.
Granite's solution impressed with its ultra-fast UI, seamless lead capture funnels, and streamlined editor experience. The architecture, leveraging JamStack principles, seamlessly integrated MarTech platforms, setting a new standard for digital excellence.
Post-launch, Workvivo witnessed remarkable improvements in conversion rates, organic search performance, and operational efficiency. Comparing 4-months before and 4-months after launch Workvivo’s website delivered strong CVR results including:

Primary - Demo Request form submissions in November ‘23 were 123. They jumped to 254 in January ‘24 post implementation.
