Where Statesville, NC Comes Together!

The team at Spokeology answered an RFP by the Statesville Convention & Visitors Bureau to re-establish Statesville, NC as a destination for travelers in Statesville, NC. This RFP included the creation of a website along with supporting social media to drive clicks. Through the fact finding process, it was determined that there was a need for a digital community destination for content to be disseminated not only to visitors, but to locals to realize how amazing Statesville, NC is as a place to work, live, play and VISIT. In November, 2022 - Discover Statesville (www.statesvillenc.com) was launched as a destination for all things Statesville, NC to include being a connector to the quasi government partners in the community. This new site includes a robust community calendar, blogs outlining the people and places behind the community and a comprehensive directory allowing people to easily locate locally owned and operated places to eat, shop, drink and things to do. It includes all of the content vital to helping someone DISCOVER Statesville, NC. The site was so well received over the past 12 months that Spokeology was contracted to build he City of Statesville governmental website to further connect the community and tie the websites together. statesvillenc.net was launched in August of 2023 as a source of transparent communication and visibility of government happenings in the community. The 2 websites were built to tie seamlessly together for the best end user experience - focused on the information they are looking for. Our team used Locable.com as our base for building. After extensive research, we found this community engine/software to be the best basis for our builds. It allows us to connect with our community partners so that content only has to be entered once and is disseminated across all participating community websites.
