Work & Co partnered with Tempo on its 2023 product vision, leading conceptual and detailed designs for a full omnichannel experience – the app, the TV workout experience and the Apple Watch.
Tempo’s latest launch alongside Work & Co seamlessly connects body biometrics with AI technology, and gives users a true personal training experience in their own homes, providing daily readiness scores, adaptable training plans, and dynamic in-workout guidance that’s truly personal. The AI-powered Tempo app tracks user joint movement through the iPhone camera to guide positioning and form, and logs weights for real-time, accurate guidance.
By pulling together a user’s fitness data, Tempo can adjust workout difficulty and intensity based on actual performance – and make weight and rep recommendations, and even pause workouts and lengthen recovery time based on heart rate. Users also have the option to create a 3D body composition avatar using their iPhone camera that allows them to track fat loss and muscle gain to measure their fitness progress depending on their personal goal.
