Maynard Nexsen

Maynard Nexsen is a law firm which tackles high stakes matters for its clients - from the biggest shareholder litigations to the most controversial corporate disputes. It was formed in 2023 through the merger of two of the most revered law firms in the United States: Maynard Cooper and Nexsen Pruet. The new site needed to express the new, shared brand for nearly 600 attorneys and to drive home their bench strength, capabilities, and thought leadership as a unified entity. For nearly 100 years, clients had trusted each of the individual firms for excellence, innovation and superior results in the delivery of legal services, and the new, combined law firm needed a website to bring these characteristics forward.

The site was designed to appeal to potential clients whose needs have become more complex. It's goal is to show those targets that the firm is ahead of pace, but that it's also down to business. From the home page graphic and animation to firm's powerful videos that appear on nearly every page of the site, the new site elevates the firm to a new level, solving the old issues and validating the firm's brand engagement pillars powerfully and interactively. The approach is supplemented by custom photography, targeted messaging, interactive forms for those seeking help, and powerful calls to action throughout the site. Since launching, the site has received tremendous kudos from clients, potential clients, and recruits, who have commented on how effectively the site demonstrates the firm's relationships, areas of practice, understanding of evolving trends and issues, and ability to harness technology effectively. It has resulted in an exponential increase in claims filed and inquiries from other firms about referral work. Overall, the result has been a home run for the firm.
