Our website was in need of a refresh to pull through our value proposition & communicate our expertise, optimize for device type, and update with current brand guidelines.

We saw this opportunity to look at KPIs and we learned was that 40% of our users were arriving and clicking on the homepage, that 60% of our visitors were coming to our site on Mobile while our site was not mobile optimized and we had a high bounce rate, our hypothesis was that people were not quickly finding messaging that gave them a reason to continue to explore the site.

We identified that the user needed our navigation to be optimized to allow them to start at the top of the education funnel, showcase our expertise, products & platforms, commercial lending related content and build on expertise throughout the website.

Our goal was to share meaningful relevant content in digestible snack like formats.

With the use of agile best practices, we successfully launched a new website in 6 months that brings more valuable information to users, starts the education at the top of the funnel with a thoughtful navigation and current content.

Our homepage Carousel features key areas of the business and latest news, insights, and our value proposition to our visitors. We added Live Market Rates with interactive charts.

Our stakeholders think that this website is representative of the company, the brand and gives visitors a reason to come back.

Our digital KPIs increased, most notable is our Average Session Duration +156.91%

Increased SEO rankings +562% on Keywords Ranked on Page 1 (February 2023 vs. Aug 2022)

Within the first 4 months we closed deals from a lead that was website generated in a long B2B sales cycle business.
