The State Farm Mobile App enables millions of people access to tools, guidance, and support in a simple, intuitive app. We’ve built a unified mobile solution that provides convenience, when needed most. The app provides easy access to request a quote, pay bills, and access insurance cards along with enhanced recovery features like filing a claim, requesting roadside assistance, selecting a repair shop, securing a rental car, and more. Our app continues to evolve each year based on meeting customer's needs. This past year alone, the State Farm Mobile App helped serve more than 12.6 million customers.

State Farm developed the app to ensure both iOS and Android best practices were incorporated so the app performs seamlessly. Our designs are based on consumer testing, user feedback, and a consistent user focus throughout. Integration with the Apple watch and mobile bill pay, using Apple and Google Pay, offer up-to-date solutions for today’s tech savvy customers. In addition, the app provides convenient access to policies, making payments, submitting claims and more… providing self-service options, intuitive services and shopping experiences that continue to demonstrate our commitment to the customer.
