Niagara-on-the-Lake Website Redesign

Upanup collaborated with the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake to redesign its municipal website. This project included a custom design that reflects the Town while being focused on its various audiences such as residents, visitors, and businesses. Upanup conducted a design workshop to gain a deep understanding of the Town's goals for the website and the needs of its users. The site features feedback options for users and quick links to allow users to quickly and efficiently find popular pages. A unique content type was created for various construction projects throughout the Town to promote resident engagement. The website was launched in May 2022 and has been well received by the community.
